Fabulous overall experience. Our favourite, small hotel in Interlaken with fabulous and amazing staff. A great restaurant and an Irish bar available😃😃

exceptionally comfortable beds and a flat-screen tv with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe. location: marvellous and lovely, not far from easy bus connections for getting around interlaken, and the center of interlaken. also, easy to get up to the mountain.

The restaurant was good with delicious traditional meals here, I had amazing dishes.

It was amazing. Though Wi-fi was not working in the rooms. But my experinec was very good.

The help was wonderful and when we had trouble finding places they were right there with the info.

The only problem I had was the steps since I have problems wth one leg. They changed our room so I didn't have to go up so many steps..

The breakfast was Great! They had this amazing Franke coffee machine for self-service, and the homemade bread was just divine. The location was perfect-only 10 mins walk to the train station, and the outdoor seating with a view of the mountains was lovely.

It was a tad pricey, but honestly, the value was still acceptable.

Sometime room heaters were not upto the mark. But its a nice hotel and would like to reccomend.

great access to parks and nearby attractions for eager explorers

The hotel is just a few steps from fine Hohematte Park and a short stroll to the Tourist Museum of the Jungfrau region. I really enjoyed having a lovely breakfast on the terrace with fresh mountain views in the charming old building.

We were able to see very good landscapes and the building seemed to be a typical Swiss house.

The ceiling was low, and there was no elevators. But these are perhaps natural for the traditional Swiss building.

The Staff made my Family and I feel so welcome and gave sound advice on great things to do in the area and how to get there. The rooms were excellent value for money and very clean. The Hotel has kept its "Swiss Charm" and we plan to stay there again one day as it is perfectly placed for hiking and sightseeing around Interlaken,

A Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

The provided Dyson fan was a lifesaver in the warm room. Breakfast choices could improve, but the dinner service was really good. Enhancing our experience. I recommend trying local dining options nearby for a treat!

Charming swiss chalet feel

Contrary to what was written- we could not find staff who spoke English. We were in a non smoking room with the smoking area for staff right outside our window & very noisy with floor boards above & the kitchen /restaurant below

We stayed there for two days and it was a very good choice.location is ideal for those who don't prefer a busy city street for stay. It's a minute- walk from stoppage ("Elite Garage") of ligne 105 bus which starts from just outside the Interlaken West station (total time 8 minutes) . so we could find and reach the hotel easily without getting wet, although it was raining. On request we were allotted a room at the end of the corridor which added to privacy . check in was pretty smooth - literally 2 minutes. On arrival in the room , the room was decently large...could have been larger.... Bed was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean and well facilitated. Rooms were cleaned and beds were made every afternoon. Breakfast was great ..very swiss.. Hotel -staff who was managing the breakfast facilities is extremely helpful and very courteous, always wearing a pleasant smile. All the staff are great .. very helpful.... The owner was especially nice.. She helped a lot to chalk out the plan of visit for the day for us with valuable suggestions which actually proved great. The restaurant downstairs is very good ..Being completely vegetarian, the staff suggested some nice typical swiss dishes for us ...very delicious. The hotel building is a nice old swiss chalet.. We liked it.... The area around is also very nice.. A post- dinner walk in the vicinity of the hotel is quite enjoyable....All in all, it was a great experience.. Total value for money ( taken into granted that the tourist accommodations are expensive in Swiss ) ... So, recommended....

great location , but room could be updated

The location was perfect for accessing outdoor activities. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection with fresh options every day.

The room felt slightly dated in its decor.
